Please note that you are invited to be creative in this Required Goal--while keeping the needs of your audience in mind! The self-assessment sheet is included in the RG5 file. Don't forget to hand in this form and post your workbook and reflection in your e-portfolio.
Each Required Goal must be posted in your e-portfolio and accompanied by a REFLECTIONS PIECE.
The Reflections Piece can be a video, audio file, or written piece (like a blog entry) which addresses the following points:
What did you actually do for this Goal Project? (Walk us quickly through the steps you went through)
What resources did you find that helped you with the Goal Project?
What did you like about this Goal Project? Why?
What did you dislike about this Goal Project? Why?
Which parts were difficult for you? How did you overcome these difficulties?
Which parts were easy for you? What knowledge or skills did you have that made it easy?
How could you use the skills you learned here in another part of your life or in the future?
What would you do differently, if you had to do this type of Goal Project again? Why?
If you were the teacher, how would you change this project to make it more interesting for students?
You can choose the format of your Reflections Pieces--you might want to write some, take a video of yourself talking about some, and simply record your voice talking about others--but remember that these must be posted in your e-Portfolio (on the Internet!), so anyone might be able to see them. Keep your private information private!
Please let me know by completing this form when your project and reflection are posted and ready for marking.
